OpenDCL for Bricscad!

Just in case you all haven't heard yet, OpenDCL has preliminary support for Bricscad 9.3.10 +

I ran a few OpenDCL projects I had, with the new Bricscad version and they all worked out of the box. Good job Bricsys and Owen Wengerd!
