HI, finally i bought my netbook It's a MSI U100 - 2GB RAM - 160GB HD - N270 processor.
I'm very satiesfied.
My aim is to carry with me all the drawings of my office in order to be on the cantilever without forgetting something; and to be able to make reports of my journey using the spare time you've got always traveling from one cantilever to the other without carrying a big laptop.
The installation went smooth, registration too. As many of the softwares i've installed the dimensions of the windows are not build for the 1024x600 resolution, so sometimes you press the buttons "remembering" the position of the buttons.....
Once you've installed Intellicad - Progesoft Progecad 2009 the resolution it's not a matter. Optimization of the icons, toolbars is necessary to gain more room for the drawings. But everythong is on the screen.
Now i'm working with files up to 1,2 Mb. Everything is fine. You pan/zoom smoothly. You can put annotation and draw without any problem.
I've found that larger files get the machine slow, BUT the files i've tested were bigger for objects as bmp, jpeg embedded.
OpenOffice, Firefox, Internet Explorer work great. They are fast. I was impressed.
I will post my impression as long my experience grows with progecad.

I tried to use Progecad 2009 with large files. It was too slow.
I installed the trueDWG free viewer of autodesk (it works on framework .NET 3.0). It opens, pans, zooms, smoothly big files (5/10MB). It makes the small computer fast.
