Typelibrary-IcadAuto.tlb

I have been writen AEC application for IntelliCAD in Japan. At the begining of this month, in Japan, IntelliJapan who is taking care of IntelliJapan locally issued new version of software related to IntelliCAD.
IcadAuto.dll of 6.5.52.8 is acompanied with it.
I have found personal problem with it. I use MFC in developping application. I import heder files from type library using visual studio. The problem is that there is some difference of DISPID between this version and previous one. For example. when using addline to model space.
I would like to write a program using a latest type library compatible with IntelliCAD 6.4,6.5 or 7.
In AutoCAD for these year, as far as I know, they keep the continuity of DISPID.
I wonder who is taking care of this type library? If somebody know something about this, please teach me.
