BREAKING NEWS: Autodesk and SolidWorks Settle
Evan Yares is attending the court case between Autodesk and SolidWorks regarding Orange Rectangles and a few other things and has just tweeted that there has been a settlement.
Evan reports, "All disputes settled. Autodesk's trademark claims NOT adjudicated. No prejudice against third parties using DWG trademarks." For those who are interested, Evan's Twitter handle is @evanyares.

Comment by B Decker on January 8, 2010 at 11:02am - Autodesk might be caught up in a financial whirlpool. They can't monopolize the market without their lawers, and they ca't pay their lawers without trying to monopolize the market.
